Shipping Policy
Delivery TimeOrders received will be processed and shipped out on the next day. The delivery will take place within 3 -5 working days via J&T. The tracking number will be provided to customers via messenger or WhatsApp notification once we have shipped out your order. We also will take into consideration products available and will advise accordingly if any delay in delivery time.
If orders containing a back order product, we will be shipping together with the ready stock product. Back-order normally will be shipped out within 14 to 18 days, once we received from our manufacturing factory.
Calculating Cost
Whereby currently we only engage J&T for delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated on the website automatically during checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing.
J&T is charging base on your shipping address postcode within Malaysia. And the delivery cost will increase base on the process and weight of the shipment.
For Product Notification
We do let the customer know via our email on the status of the product that has defects, out of stock, or any other situation that may encounter. If the customer does not respond within 30 days period, all the options provided will be considered void & invalid.
