Delivery Policy
Orders received will be processed and shipped out on the next day. (Excluded weekends) The delivery will take place within 3 -5 working days via Dhl (West M’sia) and Jnt (East M’sia)
The tracking number will be provided to customers via gmail that you provided once we have shipped out your order. We also will take into consideration products available and will advise accordingly if any delay in delivery time.

- Calculating Delivery Fees
Whereby currently we engage DHL and J&T for delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated on the website automatically during checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing.

For East M’sia, J&T is charging base on your shipping address postcode within Malaysia. And the delivery cost will increase base on the process and weight of the shipment.

- For Product Notification
We do let the customer know via our email on the status of the product that has defects, out of stock, or any other situation that may encounter. (The management of BBELL reserves the right to change the term & conditions without prior notice.)

- How long will it takes to receive my order ?
* We are all READY STOCK. Orders will be processed and shipped out within 72 hours upon receiving the full payment.
* Parcels will usually arrive in 3-5 working days (West Malaysia), 7-14 days (East Malaysia)
* We do provide service for sending out to another country like Singapore, kindly purchase by contacting customer sevice via whatsapp 0127353116

- Does Cash On Delivery service provided ?

Yes, COD service is provided for West Malaysia Customers and another RM5 will be charged. We can also arrange for COD (free of charge) within Kepong KL,
